I found my sessions with Sarah to be extremely helpful in many ways. What I loved about the process is that is was so personal and unprescriptive. Our conversations helped me to focus on areas which I felt I needed to work on and to understand for myself why it was important to make these changes, for me, for my health and future. Sarah was very knowledgeable and the information she was able to give me was invaluable. I came away from our month of sessions feeling energised and with a new daily routine - a big and very positive change for me - enabling me to achieve many other smaller changes in my day to day that when combined should be of a long term benefit to me in all areas of my life.
I highly recommend Sarah as a coach and feel this approach is perfect for those who don't want to be told what they should be doing but rather to discover it within themselves, in order to make meaningful change.
