Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation practice, intentionally guiding you to a state of consciousness where deep rest and healing can take place.

Despite what the word “yoga” might lead you to believe, there’s no movement in Yoga Nidra! The intention is to find stillness.

The practice guides you through a series of relaxation techniques, breath awareness, and visualisation, designed to help you let go of stress, tension, and mental chatter, allowing you to sink into a state of profound stillness and inner peace.

Group sessions run monthly - in person and online.
